Won't accept my licence saying its already installed on another computer

Two days ago (and since I had bought it last May) all worked fine no probs. This morning when I tried to open Trados I had a message to say that no licence was active and inviting me to activate a licence. When I put in my licence number I have a message saying that the licence is already active on another computer.
I haven't changed or up-dated my computer since I last used Trados.
Urgent help much appreciated or I need to start a 5 400 word translation again from scratch!
