I am transferring my Excel glossaries to SDL termbases.
The problem is that my custom fields (my description, my confidence score) are not transferred from my Greek-English termbase. I just see the terms.
It seems the problem occurs during the Input stage rather than the termbase creation stage because the custom fields *are* in the termbase definition.
However, the custom fields were transferred from my French-English Excel glossary to my French-English termbase. Apart from the source language, the Excel glossaries and the termbase definitions are identical for both language combinations so it's even more confusing that the problem does not occur consistently.
I've tried different things like making sure that all the custom fields in the first row in the Excel glossary are not empty. Nothing works.
