I'm translating a project with 6 files - one of them corrupted during saving, showing 0 file size and could not be reopened.

I have been sent a replacement for this file. However, I have no idea how to 'swap it in' to the project. I tried deleting the corupted file from the project, but now I just have 5 instead of 6 files!

To make things worse, I now cannot make create a return package, as I get an error 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' - so no idea how I can deliver this project ('save target as' also doesnt work for these files).

Any help would be really appreciated!

I am not sure if I understand you correctly, but.... Feb 17, 2015

..... open the packgage you received, retrieve the "good" files, translate them and ask your client to send the "corrupted file" as a separate XLIFF file, and translate that one too, and send it back. Your client won't receive a TM (too bad for them), but their client (= the end client) will get his documents, and at the end, that is all what it is about.

PS) All those packages are all about to "fill" the TM database of your client(s), for the rest I never understood the use of them.
