How do I extract a Trados term base to load into Xbench?

I'm wondering how to find the term base within the sdlppx file to load it into Xbench. I'm having trouble finding the glossary file that is included in the Trados package.

There is no guarantee... Feb 21, 2015

... that there is a Termbase in the package. But if you know there is then the easiest way to find it is to open the project folder and it will be in there. So right click on the project in the Projects View of Studio and select Open Project Folder. Should be easy to find it if there was one in the package as this is where the package is extracted to.
