Hello,

I've just bought my Freelance License through TGB and downloaded the set-up files.

However, at the beginning of the installation I get this message:
"Set-up did not complete. The error is: Package 'Suite repair utility' could not be installed. Error number: -1."
Then the set-up closes.

Could you please help with that? I really want to be able to use the product that I've just paid for.

Thanks in advance,
Elena

Update: Found the solution here: http://kb.sdl.com/#tab:homeTab:crumb:7:artId:4948
It seems to be a very frequent problem.

The solution May 10, 2015

I deleted following lines about the installation of SDL Trados Studio 2011 in PackageTracking.xml before the installation of SDL Trados Studio 2014 SP2:

< Suite Id="TranslationStudio2011" Version="2.2.3046">
< Package Id="d1858c60-5e3d-44c3-81b2-1188907531d5" />
< /Suite>

The path of file PackageTracking.xml is:

C:\ProgramData\SDL\Chainer\PackageTracking.xml

After the installation you can add the deleted lines to the PackageTracking.xml.
