Hi,

I'm trying to activate for the first time my Studio 2011 license (call me "late adopter" if you wish...) but when I insert the alphanumeric code provided I am prompted with an error message stating that this is probably an old product version and that the new activation code is in the format of a 18 digit numerical value (?).

I have urgent need to activate the product, and I am at a total loss.

Can somebody please advise? Thank you!

PS. I do have a 18 digit numerical code, however it's just for Passolo.

Check the lisence code on your profile page on the SDL site Apr 1, 2015

I suspect you are trying to enter the wrong code. I would go to the SDL site and check what the current code is for your product. Then you just have to copy it from there.

Thank you Roy, the problem is that the activation code displayed at SDL in My Account is the wrong one...

Problem solved. I had to release the activation of Studio.
