From one day to the next, I couldn't open Trados. An error message popped up: German: "Erforderliche Rechte nicht verfügbar" English: Insufficient Privileges - 108.
It offers an option to deactivate what I assume is my license. Should I deactivate and reactivate it? Or is there another way to solve this problem? I see no reason why this should be happening now, i.e. my license should be valid. Has anyone had this problem? So far I haven't been able to find a support service that doesn't include buying an expensive service plan. Does anyone know how to contact SDL support for free, or can anyone give me advice on what to do here?
Naturally, this is time-sensitive, since I have projects to turn in soon.
