I have a question about MultiTerm. After the Trial, I re-installed Studio 2014 SP2 and it's working fine. Then I installed MultiTerm SP2 and I got the message: "Installation successful". But when I click on the green icon on the desktop or inside Studio, MultiTerm doesn't open. An error message appears with: "Root element is missing".
I uninstalled everything and installed again. My PC has Windows 7 (latest SP) and latest Java. I checked the website kb.sdl and followed all the steps. But again I get the same error message.
What could be the problem? Thank you
