Dear all

I use Trados Studio 2014 SP2. I translated a PPT file for a client (around 40 pages). In the target PPT file Trados kept the font of the source document but the font sizes differs in many cases.
I use MS Office 2013.

Is there any trick to solve this issue?

Thanks in advance

Is the target text longer than the source text? Jun 8, 2015

Hi there!
Just a hunch, but if the PPT-slides display different font sizes sometimes but not always, it may be because the target text is longer and Power Point automatically adjusts the font size to the text box. In that case, you could maybe make those text boxes larger or shorten the text, but that depends on the task specifications.
All the best!
