I have installed Studio 2014, deactivated the licence on Studio 2011, upgraded my licence on the server.
The licence in my account shows "In use" 0, Available 1.
yet, whenever i try to activate my licence from Studio 2011 or 2014 I keep getting the error 23, telling me that the licence is registered on another PC, which is obviously wrong since it shows as available in My account.
Off line activation does not work and give a similar error.

... you didn't return it from another PC. So even if you don't use it the system is showing it as still registered there. The solution is to force return it which you can do yourself by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2011 and SDL Trados Studio 2014.

I only use Trados on one PC.
After installing S 2014, I have deactivated 2011 as instructed, but keep getting the 23 error since then.
The Licence page also says the licence is available and does not have a Return licence option, as I guess it considers it as available.

Could you please confirm the LAST 4 digits of the activation code that you are using please.
After checking our end the license does not appear to be blocked.
