Exporting xlf files

Hi,

I have received a file to translate from a client that uses Deja Vu. I use Trados so they converted it into an xlf format, which I have been able to use but does anyone know how I can now export this file into a word format so that I can print it out and proofread it? I can't seem to save it as any other format than xlf or xliff.
