Translating a document in progress

Is there any way to go about translating an always expanding document in Trados?

Suppose you have to translate an Excel file with two columns for source and target language. The problem, however, is that new rows are added to this Excel file regularly.

Does this mean that the file has to be imported over and over again into Trados at each change? Or is there another, simpler way to add only the new rows into the Trados file/TM (without starting a new project/translate single document?).

... instead of using the single document process and then it'll take around 20-30 seconds to add it, pretranslate it and carry on from where you left off.
