Cannot use SDL Trados 2014 plug-ins

Hello!
I have downloaded and successfully installed a couple of plug-ins for my SDL Trados Studio 2014. Unfortunately, none of them seems to be working, although they are all activated in on the "Plug-ins" tab. It is just as if nothing was installed. For example, Trados Studio Color Theme is supposed to appear on the "View" tab, but there is nothing there.
