I have created a custom dictionary from a MT termbase for use with the language cloud. The multiterm has case sensitive source entries for certain acronyms. For example:
-DOG (uppercase as a term in my termbase meaning some particular term) - ordinary word 'dog' (lowercase) appearing in my file for translation (not requiring the specific multiterm term)
When running the automated translation using a generic engine but the specific dictionary created from multiterm, my term "DOG" will not be read consistently as the terminology term but rather as the regular word and is translated then incorrectly.
Is there some setting that I should be adjusting to make this work as I would need it to? In other words, can the LC dictionary be case sensitive?
thanks in advance bart
