GroupShare issue: TMs not opening

Hi All,
Recently, I have been working on a project in GroupShare, which involved other translators. The project opened fine, but after I clicked on the first file to open it for translation, Trados informed me the TMs could not be found (or something along the lines, don't have the screenschot).

Here is, however, the screenshot of the Project Settings window, section TM.


The picture clearly shows the TM names are given in an incorrect format. However, the other translator, who also worked on this project, opened the TMs just fine.

So the problem must lie somewhere in my system.

Trados version: 3.0.3636.0

I will be grateful for any help or ideas.

Hi Vadim,

The screenshot and version number provided indicate you are running Studio 2014, while there have been two service packs, the latest being Service Pack 2.

I would suggest you upgrade your Studio to SP2 which will resolve the issue below. You can find it free of charge in your SDL Account area.
