Hello, I have a problem using server based TMs. The server connection shows "green", but when opening the package I receive "The translation provider xxx could not be opened and has been disabled. The text to be translated then opens in a separate window as read only. Does anybody have an explanation for this?
Tia

Hi Tia,
The fact that the project is green, means that the you can correctly connect to the online project.
However it fails opening the server TM. This could be due to various reasons, best to check with your customer and GroupShare owner in detail:
1) Your account did not get appropriate permissions to the TM 2) You have very different versions to the server software 3) The customer does not allow external users to open the TMs

Those are just some of the reasons this can happen, difficult to be more specific with the detail provided.
