Studio 2015: Print report not working

I am unable to print reports from Studio 2015. Quite simply: Nothing happens when I select the Print button.

If I select Print Preview, all I get is a blank page with a taskbar at the top.

Any ideas, anyone?

Hi Gitte,

This isn't anything we've come across before so apologies if the response sounds silly!

Maybe the cause is not having a printer installed on the system? So can you print from MS Word for example? Perhaps worth checking in Device and Printers to see if there is anything installed?

Lastly, have you tried a repair / reset of Studio?

Thanks for picking up on this.

Yes, I do have a printer installed. icon_smile.gif
However, I always choose Print to PDF and then print from there. But, obviously, as the Print and Print Preview options are inactivated, it doesn't matter what I choose. Nothing happens. icon_frown.gif

I've just run a Repair, and it made no difference whatsoever.

Is there anything else I can try?

Taking the liberty of bumping this up.

As I said, running the repair made no difference. I still can't print reports.

Any ideas?
