Problem saving the target document with Trados 2014

I have just finished a 20,000 word document on Trados 2014 and wanted to save the target file... but I get , oh horror!, this message (my Trados is in French...):
"l'index et la longueur doivent faire référence à un emplacement situé dans la chaîne"
I have typed this on google and it seems to be related to Microsoft file SapBl.msi. I have tried downloading this file but it won't install anything on my computer (I have Windows 8). I'm stuck. PLease help if you can...

I have found a solution by saving my TM as TMX and going through Wordfast... Thank you Wordfast!
