Which version of WinXP Pro are you using (any service packs installed)?
Are you using an account with administrator rights when installing?
Are you installing from a CD, or did you download the software?
Does XP Pro support Trados 6.0?

This is part of the Install Shield application that is used to install software on your computer. It's part of the install program, so I would suspect that something's wrong with the installation package.
Would you have the exact error message?
