Hi All,

I'm using Trados 5.5, and I'm now trying to translate an excel file using T-window for excel. When I click the open file, it needs a file in prj format! that I dont have and dont know how to handle that. Please advise me what to do to translate this excel file

Thanks in advance

Hi Sabry Gameel,
The .prj file contains the project settings - if this is your first project, you need to use File - New instead of File - Open.

The workflow is described in the T-Window Collection User Guide, which is available for download from TranslationZone.

HTH, Ralf
