SDL Language Cloud - subscription issues

Hello,

I am experiencing some issues with Language Cloud. After 30-day trial, I have decided for the Pro package. So I have entered my billing details as well as the card number etc.

The package seems to be active both in the Studio and in my cxc-languagecloud.sdl.com account:

As seen above, everything looks active now. However, when I try to add Language Cloud in the Project settings, the following error message appears:

I have checked my online banking and the monthly payment has not been paid so this might be the reason that the LC does not work. However, I am missing any option like "Pay now" or something similar. Also, I have not receive any invoice by an e-mail.

What should I do to make the LC work, please? Thank you!
