The display filter toolbar option is supposed to be accessible by selecting View > Toolbars > Display Filter from the menu bar.

Can anyone help me to find it?

It is on the Review tab Oct 29, 2015

You are looking at the support guide for Studio 2009, the interface has been given a few face lifts since the 2009 version.

The filter options have been moved to the Review tab:

Click the All Segments to get all your filter options, click In Source to choose between source and target text. You can use the search field to the right to search within your filter selections.

There is a easy way to get there ... Oct 29, 2015

... simply click on the funnel symbol on the right-hand side of the status bar. This automatically opens the respective ribbon section and displays the drop-down window with the selections.
