Hello,
is there a feature in MT that lets you eliminate all double occurrences of the same term?

Not directly, but you could export your termbase and then reimport it with the right settings to avoid duplicates.

Here's how to do that:

Alternatively, using the Glossary Converter you could export the termbase to an Excel file, clean it up there and then convert it back to Multiterm.
