Hello,
I am trying to align two .docx files (which aligned just fine in memoQ 2013) and I keep get an error message saying "One or more files not supported" and then it shows me which file is not supported. I can't find anything wrong with that file - and as I mentioned, memoQ didn't have a problem with it either. It aligned the files immediately.
The Type is: Sdl.FileTypeSupport.Framework.IntegrationApi.OneOrMoreFilesNotSupportedExeception.

I have no idea what to do - does anyone know how I might resolve this so that I can align these documents?
