Error during verification in SDL Studio 2014

Hello everyone,

I am facing a problem in SDL Studio 2014, with the Verify function.

It repeatedly fails to perform the verification process. The error box displays that one of the xml subfiles (which constitute the mergedSources.sdlxliff file) is currently used by another process.
But it is certain that, except from the windows 8 basic processes, no other application is running (including explorer).
