Hello!

I am kinda new user of SDL Trados. I created a new project and translated a pdf file - a catalogue of some kind. Now I need to convert it back to pdf so that I could send it away, but I can't seem to find any option which says - "Convert".
I converted it to a Word document, but it turned out to be some kind of table with both - source and target texts. And I can't use such word document. Can anybody help me?!

Try the command "Save target as". Dec 30, 2015

You will then get a file - still doc - similar to the pdf-file.

And got that weird Word document with a table and everything in it, in both languages. I am now thinking of editing that weird document.

Thank you. I don't know what you said that I did (:D), but I got that interesting document, which looks like doc, but it is something different.

Thank you.

For a true PDF Dec 31, 2015

You can "Save Target As" a Word document in SDL.
Open Word and open the file.
"Save As PDF" in Word.
You will get a true PDF file.

Best wishes for the New Year!

Use combination keys shift+f12 Dec 31, 2015

You can use combination keys shift+f12 to export the file into doc/docx, then correct and make alignment and finally save it under pdf format
