error message when trying to validate a segment

I use Trados 2014 and when I try to validate a segment I get this error message
"Cannot validate SDL plug-in Sdl;verificatio,. Tag Verifier Initilizer Tag verifier version = 1.0.0.0 Culture= neutral Public Key Token c28cdb26c445c888"


I tried to rename the three hidden files
BaseSettings.xml
Plugincache.xml
UserSettings.xml

but it does not work
