Hi,
We are getting the above error. Even though I have found a related item at http://producthelp.sdl.com/kb/Articles/1643.html, that solutoioin seems to apply to Trados 2007 and that's not what we are using. I tried the repair anyways and it did not help.
Together with the problem we also had a Dependency file not found error with the same file - for this we had the option to browse for the file, and that did not help very much regarding the Trados 2007 filter error.
Can anyone help with this? The error prevents us from exporting the file.
Thank you

Office 2013 incompatible with SDL Multiterm 2011 Jan 20, 2016

Hello, I'd like to restart this thread. I get the same error messages whenever I open and close Word. Moreover, I cannot seem to be able to use MultiTerm at all.

I use SDL Studio 2011 with Windows 8 and Office 2013.

Any ideas on workarounds or solutions?

Thank you.

Dependency file not found error Jan 21, 2016

Hi,

@TRM

I have not come across this issue before with Studio 2015 versions.
However the main cause does seem to be certain Antivirus programs that are deleting temporary files (which are still needed) automatically.
You can try disabling the AV and working offline for a while to see if this helps.
If you find this helps(in many cases it does) you will need to redefine the AV parameters and rules.

Should the KB article- http://producthelp.sdl.com/kb/Articles/1643.html
has not helped you please log a support ticket via your SDL account/Support (PSMA holders)
or
Go to the Knowledgebase; http://kb.sdl.com

Then go to the tab called Solution Finder and now go here;

Download & Installation Problems
- I use SDL Trados Studio and/or SDL MultiTerm,2014 or 2015
-- I receive an error message during installation
--- I have disabled UAC during installation / I do not have Win Vista 7/8
---- None of the error messages match my issue / I tried the suggested resolution....

You will need to log a ticket using your SDL account registered Email address

@R-Beaulieu

Could you provide the 6 digit order number please as i'm unable to verify your license/status.

SDL retired support for Studio 2011 versions last year and can only offer licensing support for this version.
You can however join the SDL community @ http://xl8.one to and ask any questions.
