Hello,

Studio 2014 SP2.

Apparenty, I have this problem today.

When I confirm a segment Studio gets kind of stuck and confirms it after 10 second waiting.
Moreover, it seems to QA for each segment.

I have recently installed MS Word Grammar Checker, is it this one interfering with something now?

How can I solve it?

Thanks

It happened to me too Feb 18, 2016

Ciao Paolo,

In my case, the MS Word Grammar Checker makes it slow for the software to confirm the first segment of a project. All the followings are approved smoothly. I remember that at some point I had to deactivate it, but that was because Word wasn't installed on my PC on Trados froze. Trados waits for Word to approve the segment, I believe.

Try to uncheck the Check Grammar during translation option. You can still run MS Word Grammar Checker only when you verify the document (F8). See if the segment confirmation is faster. If so, at least you know that is MS Word Grammar Checker that's causing the problem.

Enrico
