Hi,
We just installed the new SP today and since that time we cannot any Termbases anymore as first: the old ones cannot be removed (they still appear in the list after being removed) and we cannot add new local termbases getting the error that the value must not be 0.

I haven't had the issue you mention, but I know it's important to update Multiterm as soon as you have updated Studio to SR2.

Yes, it does because some components of MultiTerm are used in Studio. So, you definitely need to make sure you have also installed the update for MultiTerm Desktop.

yes, but as I said, it WAS updated immediately after Trados itself. So it does not matter in this case.
btw: the issue is repro on 2 different PCs with different licenses.
@jyuan:
SP[number x] like for every software means Service Pack [number x]. When talking about software there is no way to misunderstand that part.

Pascal is right about the abbreviation (service pack), but actually SDL Trados has released Studio 2015 SR2, which is Service Release 2.
Unfortunately, none of this helps Pascal's original issue, so I hope someone else jumps in here soon.

Quite a lot of people misunderstood it. They asked me about it but I was not sure myself. We are translators other than software experts.

Hello all,
I am from SDL.
I just wanted to clarify that the SR2 - Service Release 2 is a major update and it needs to be downloaded from your account. It is not a CU (patch) that gets installed directly in Studio.
You would need to visit our account centre http://oos.sdl.com and download the SR2 for both Studio and MultiTerm from there.

I just logged a ticket there and they now state that I would need PSMA and that it was not their task anyway as it had nothing to do with licensing or installation.

Hi Pascal,
Try renaming these folders and then restart Studio and MultiTerm:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0\
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL MultiTerm\MultiTerm12\
