Hello,

I recently tried to download an app from SDL OpenExchange but the website came back with teh message

'You have logged in successfully, but this app is not available for you to download because it is related to a license of SDL Trados Studio. For more information, please see the SDL OpenExchange Terms and Conditions.'.

I do own a valid SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance version and am logged in.

Does anyone know of a solution to this issue or the reason for it?

Many thanks

Dan

... and it may resolve your issue. As long as you are trying to download an app that is relevant to your particular version of Studio then this is most likely to be the issue.

Paul
