Hello my pc had a hard disk crash. I bought a new one and now I have to reinstall SDL 2015 on the new machine. Does any body know the correct procedure (I'm concerned about licensing).
Thanks

Go to your Trados account and check if your licence is still active.
If so, you need to deactivate it first, but since you can't do that from the PC where the HD crashed you have to ask Trados to reset your licence.
From the Knowledge base, you have to choose the "Solution finder" Tab and then choose "Licensing problem" and then "I need to have my licence reset"
On the displayed form that appears you have to explain your problem and put the number of your order.
You will be contacted via e-mail.
When your licence has been deactivated, install Trados 2015 on the new PC and then you can insert the activation code when the installation procedure requires that.
