Hello,
How can I import a list of words in word into autotext?
In the Auto suggest drop down menu, on Auto Text, when I download the docx file with words, the error message is: "The list of entries does not contain AutoText...".
How can I convert the docx to a *.autotxt extension?
Thanks.

Sure you want AutoText? Mar 31, 2016

If you're sure you want to add the word list at AutoText, then you'll find this thread useful:

If the words are variables (proper nouns, etc.) it would be better to add them to the variables list in your TM. There's a Studio 2014 Open Exchange app to do this, but I'm not sure if it works for Studio 2015:

Hello Emma,

I have had a quick reply from an SDL Technician in the the SDL community forum. You say that you need to export the list from AutoText but if you don't have a list, you need to add a few entries just to be able to export something. In Notepad ++ you can add the entries but only like so on the following lines:
empty line
language code
your entries.
You can add you entries from any list into this *.autoText.

You cannot simply import any txt file. That didn't work when I tried it.

So for more info, see the SDL community thread.

Thanks for your help.
