Codes for superscript

Hello,
I am a CAT technician, I have Studio 2015. I am trying to find a way to have some text in superscript, not from the editor, but in the memory itself, or the tmx.
I have tried multiple codes, but Studio does not seem to recognize any.
Is there a standard code to indicate to Studio that such text has to be superscripted ?

From what I have seen, I cannot batch replace with superscript in the memory.

So I have been trying to work directly in the tmx. I tried the following:
bpt i="1" type="Superscript" / e ept i="1" /
sup/ e sup/

(I removed the < > so you see the text)

Any idea?

Thank you,

Pommetteverte
