I bought a PSMA Level 1 Desktop Premium Software Maintenance Agreement. However, when I want to write my message to the support team I get the following message:


"The following error(s) occurred while trying to process your request:

ARERR [623]
Authentication failed

Error Timestamp (Mid-Tier Server): 01-May-2016 00:35:15"

This is very annoying, because the maintenance agreement costs 139.00 EUR per year. Could somebody from SDL please tell me what to do.
