I am in the process of switching to a new PC (with Windows 10), but am not able to deactivate Studio 2015 offline. I have also tried to do so in my online profile, but am told it doesn't work, so I am asked to log a ticket.

I have had this problem also in the past: when I try to log a ticket, I come to a page telling me to choose the product, and click the "Log a ticket" link. Problem is: There is no such link at listed at Studio 2015, or most of the products mentioned on the page. Instead I am moved to Support Help, which leads me back to the same place.

So please, SDL: I need help to return the lisence from the old machine so that I can activate Studio on the new one.

Thanks for your e-mail reply with the offline ticket. I can now see what I misunderstood when I at first tried - I didn't notice the "offline deactivation" link in the activation window in Studio.
