Off topic: Error message when trying to open a package file

Hello,

I work with SDL Studio 2015 Starter.
A client has sent me his project as SDL Studio package.

However, I am not able to open it: I get the error message "The project path is not valid".
The client tells me everything looks ok on their side, what should I do?
