I am unable to load a specific Word document into Trados 2015?

The error message reads: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

I have no idea what that means or how I can fix it. I tried to save the document as XML file, turn off track changes, open a single file project or create a new project.

There is no problem with other files, just this one?
