I have Windows 8 and use SDL Trados Studio 2014 SP2 Freelance Plus. My system crushed and I restored it. I have all my files but I lost all installed applications. I would like to deactivate my license key (also Pssolo one). How can I do that not having deactivation code?
Thank you in advance.

Thank you for posting here in Proz.
You would find the Installation files and the 2nd Activation Option for your Plus License within your SDL Account https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/Login.aspx?. Once you have used the second Activation you could Force Reset the Lost Activation as followed http://kb.sdl.com/kb/?articleId=5196#tab:homeTab:crumb:7:artId:5196
To get the Passolo License Reset, you should get in touch with the licensing team. Please follow this link-
