TagEditor error

I imported a PPT file into TagEditor and translated it, but when I try to export back to PPT, I get the error message "No text in textbox". What is this error and how do I fix it, please?

Not sure if it will work for you, but it worked for me once ago,

1. export the update tm just to be safe.

2. change the source ppt (i.e if it was a 2003 save as 2007, if it was 2007 save as 2003)

3. Import again the new ppt in tag editor and run the tm.

Apologies for getting back to you; the file is so large it has taken me until now to finish implementing your suggestion. But it worked perfectly. Cheers!
