I have some file types set up in SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance. I would like to be able to export these settings so that they can be imported by someone using SDL 2011 Freelance.
I thought this would be straightforward, but it appears not. When attempting to import the .sdlftsettings file exported from Trados 2015 into Trados 2011, the following message was shown: 'Cannot import settings: unable find the file type with ID [custom file type name here]'
Can anyone help me out with a way to export the file type settings in a format that can be used in Trados Studio 2011, please?
