Hi everybody,

in Studio 2015, to add a file to a project, I click on Batch Tasks >Convert to Translatable format > Finish > Close.
Once this is done, click on Batch Tasks (again), > Copy to Target Languages > Finish > Close.

Is there something I am doing wrong?
I find this time consuming.

Any other way? Maybe using shortcuts?

I usually click on Batch Tasks > Prepare > Next > Next > Close
And then, I go to the target language interface there the file is already.

Add file Aug 16, 2016

What's wrong with 'add file' (either right click in Files View or find the button in the ribbon Home View)?

After you click 'add files', you still have to go to Batch Tasks.....

This is pretty fast.
In wizards you can usually click "Finish" instead of "next" lots of times if you don't want to change any settings.

So, what I do is:
Batch Tasks > Prepare without project TM > Finish > Close

___________
Actually, I have an AutoHotKey script to do this with one click when I've added a file to the source language and the file is highlighted:
#IfWinActive ahk_exe SDLTradosStudio.exe
AppsKey:: Send {RButton}b{Enter 3}
Return
