File path shows up as segments in both Trados 2011 and 2015

As per title:

The support for .docx files is, as expected, poor in Trados 2011/2015. I thus saved the file as .rtf and it imported just fine.
However, in three of the imported source segments I have the actual file path (leading to the file to be translated), and I fail to grasp why that is and how to amend it. Input?
