Good afternoon

I hope someone can help me.

I have finished a 10k word translation using SDL Trados 2014. I can't create the output document using either Batch Tasks or Preview target.

The message is "This file was created using a file type definition that does not exist on your system (WordprocessingML v2)"

The original file is a word.docx file.

I just need to be able to produce this for my client. Any ideas?

Many thanks

Louise

Upgrade your 2014 version to 2015 version Oct 2, 2016

I am using SDL Trados Studio Freelance 2014 and encountered the same problem in the past few months. I am aware that I have to upgrade my 2014 version to SDL Trados Studio 2015 in order to use this file type definition. Please contact the SDL support staff for additional advice. Also, I am also aware that SDL Trados Studio is now having a pre-launch of its 2017 version.
