A company asked if I could translate their full website. I asked if they could provide the source text in Word or Excel files, formats that I normally use, but it seems difficult to get these files on their end. Is there a way to import a Web page in Trados Studio 2014 that does not require advanced tech skills? What other formats could I ask for?

This might be a very basic question but any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hello Lucile,

i know this server-based system,

You can learn in a few minutes, ( i hope) through a free trial how it works.

Substantially, it lets you import into Trados the right file to translate and then see how it visualizes on the website.

Tell me if this have helped you.

That's a very interesting solution, but I don't understand one thing there.
Do I have to pay for the page hits, as well?
Say, I'm making a website for a customer and I want to use this online service, do I later have to pay them for the page hits to my customer's website? If yes, then it's outrageous.
