Object reference not set to an instance of an object message in newly installed Multiterm 2017

In the new Multiterm 2017 Desktop version I get the message 'object reference not set to an instance of an object' when I want to close my database or when I select the import/export function (I may receive the same message on other occasions too, in the light of the problems I haven't used Multiterm much). Editing and updating seems to be OK, but I cannot close the termbase.Instead I have to exit Multiterm altogether.
Has anyone faced the same problems? Can you suggest a solution? The Multiterm export and import functions are not availabe due to this problem ...

Thanks in advance.

If that does not help as you are dealing with 2017 software, the community offers a range of possibilities.

Hi Isabelle,

We released a Cumulative Update yesterday to resolved this, see details here: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=CUs-MultiTerm-2017

There was also one for Studio: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=CUs-Studio-2017

If you restarted the applications it should have prompted you to AutoUpdate.

Thanks,
Luis
