I have an Excel sheet where row A has the copy to be translated.
Row B gives the max number of characters that the copy in A should have.
In Excel it's easy to check if A is longer than B or not: I have entered the following check in row C: =LENGTH(A1) ERROR
Check if target is within file specified limits

What I don't know, is how to make use of that, i.e. how to tell Studio that it should check target against the number given in row B in the Excel sheet.

Anyone who can guide me? Until now when I have had such a project, the agency has set up the project so that I haven't had to find out for myself how to do it, but this time the PM only sent me the Excel sheet, not a prepared package.
