Where do my projects vanish?

I have recently purchased a new Trados-license and I must say I'm not happy at all...

One of the reason is - my project keep vanishing.

I have imported 3 project packages and it was all fine until today. I opened Trados and they vanished from my project list. Why did this happen? I did not do anything to the said packages, nothing. Does Trados clean the dashboard if I don't work on a project for too long?

Trados Studio seems to reset the project filter on the left hand side for no reason whatsoever. Check that it says "show all projects" under "Status".

Although I haven't seen this happen in 2015, it did occur now and then in 2014.

I had given up to find a solution, but I can see now that a colleague has proposed one (strange that I never got any information about it, but it can happen, not all ProZ messages seem to go through).

Choose to have the file "Project.xlm" on a local drive.

I will see if it works. The thing is that I cannot simply try and tell you, because the project list doesnät disapper every time I exit Studio, but only every now and then (without any particular reason or time delay) ▲ Collapse
