Hi,

After a crash of my computer, I had to reinitialize my system and I lost all my applications.
So I reinstalled SDL Trados Studio 2015 but I can't activate the license as my account says that the license is already in use. So how to deactivate this license

Request replacement for lost license Mar 18

I didn't think you had to return that 2nd license on another pc. I knew that if you have plus and still have that 2nd license available, you need to activate that first before you can request a replacement for the lost license due to the crash. Either way, that's what you have to do: request a replacement for the lost license.
Good luck.
