Help for Trados 2017

I have been using Trados 2017 for a few months. Suddenly, I was prompted to setup Trados again. After I did so, I notice that my previous projects were all lost. Also, my Termbase window was originally at my bottom left beside my translation window. But now its no longer there, creating inconvenience for me. Can anyone advise how to solve these problems?
